In view of the lack of interest in this site, I have decided to make this more of a blog page. So, send your comments please. 

 Blog No. 1 - My first blog is attributed to Kevin McKernan. It goes thus:

There is no legal limit to the amount of so-called contamination that can legally be included in Covid-19 vaccines or any other vaccines or biological products. The FDA has no regulatory obligation to enforce compliance with any safety, efficacy or purity standards, and there are no defined safety, efficacy or purity standards to which FDA could enforce compliance, even if FDA inspectors were legally obligated to enforce compliance, which FDA is not obligated to do.

The entire FDA regulatory system pertaining to biological products, including vaccines, is fake: it’s intended only to deceive the public into believing that unregulated poisons are regulated medicinal products.

Hello, PHA Suffolk Hub team,

I run a group for college students where once every other week, we cook a huge meal and invite any student craving something home-cooked to come eat with us or pick up food to go. It was a small idea that came from my own son telling me that one thing he missed while at college was homemade food. Preparing and cooking meals started with just me and my sisters but has grown so much that even our neighbors come to help or donate when they can.

Some of the regular students that visit have actually expressed the desire to learn to cook for themselves. My sisters and I thought it was a great idea, so we've been preparing ourselves to host a free once-a-month class where we teach different techniques and make a healthy dish with them that they can take home afterwards. We also want to give them places to turn to outside of the class for help, so I've been pulling together resources for them and that's when I came across PHA Suffolk Hub's page http://www.phasuffolkhub.co.uk/nutrition . I wanted to send a thank you for putting it together because it has been such a big help to me so far!

My sister recently decided that the first meeting she will host will be centered around vegetable-based dishes. She gave me some of sites that she thought would make a great addition to share with the students at the end. I wanted to reach out to see if you'd add one of her suggestions to your page to share https://grillio.com/blog/methods-to-prepare-vegetables/ that explores different methods of cooking vegetables. We have a meeting next Sunday, so I would love to be able to show it to her then! I know she would be ecstatic to see her suggestions are helping out others!

a good friend of mine was found unconscious at work age 65, 2wks after the jab, his now left blind in one eye and lost his business Dr’s will not acknowledge its directly due to the jabbed age 65.

My mother had a severe reaction to the Astra Zenica jab a day or so afterwards rushed to Aevbut couldn’t pinpoint why she was having chest pains and shortness of breath.

Despite this she had a 2nd jab wen due and now has a server bowel issue evasive tests have failed to pin point the cause , Drs keep passing her off pillar to post , more test later has now revealed her immune system has been severely compromised. Age 74

My Nieces 14yr old son had his jab and the following weeks saw multiple instances of him randomly passing out at home and School tests revealed suspect heart condition again Dr’s passing this of as anything and everything but down to the Jab.

I had my covid jab and… it was great. Like most people I prefer to get medical advice from doctors and scientists and not crazies online. Do you not feel you may be in the wrong when 99% of doctors and scientist say you are wrong?
