Regular exercise is essential to maintain optimum health, but most of us will say we do not have time. There is no way out - you have to make time. It is surprising what a few small changes in lifestyle can do. for example, walk to the shop, don't drive. Use the stairs, not the lift. Get a dog and take it for walks or take a neighbour's dog for a walk. Remember, if you have not exercised much recently always start gently and build up gradually.
There are plenty of exercises that can be done at home without expensive equipment. These can be done summer or winter and followed by a refreshing bath or shower. Let's start with a range of floor exercises. a mat is helpful but not absolutely necessary - use a carpet or rug.
